Embarking on something new is like diving into an adventure—sometimes you land perfectly, and other times you belly flop into unexpected chaos. I was all in for the free blog subscription idea because it seemed like a fantastic way to stay in the loop while making sure everyone could find their content. But, oh boy, the extra headaches are turning this ride into a rollercoaster, and that’s not the kind of thrill I (nor you) signed up for! So, I'm switching rides to help make it easier for you!
As long as you’re a site member (which, surprise, all subscribers are), you’ll still get a little email nudge when a new blog post pops up.
So what's the scoop?
There will still be exclusive goodies just for site members—stuff you won’t find on social media—because I want to make sure you always have something special.
Expect a little less jibber-jabber in each post. I want to sprinkle you with value and keep you entertained, but let's not turn each post into a novel. So, we're trimming the fat and serving up some lean, mean, focused content.
I’ll still drop my wisdom bombs on the 1st, but I’m also crashing in mid-month to keep the fun rolling!

A NEW Overlay Mosaic Crochet release!
Living in the northeastern U.S. gives you some truly awesome experiences. One of those, even though it means summer's ending, is seeing the geese fly by. It's fascinating to watch them interact, hear them honking at each other, and just get lost in watching them become tiny dots in the sky.
This past fall, as we saw flock after flock flying overhead, I got inspired for my next design!
I give you: Mountain Whispers! This pattern is like stepping into a serene alpine retreat for one. The flow of the design is soothing like a breath of crisp mountain air. Ahhhhhhh…. Watching the pattern unfold is almost meditative, as each peak and valley takes shape. Each row brings a sense of calm accomplishment, making the journey as peaceful as the finished piece itself. Whether you're escaping the noise of a busy day or simply indulging in some quiet creativity, this pattern invites you to slow down and embrace the tranquility.
Gauge of 15 stitches by 14 rows will produce a 50” x 55” project (without border).
NOTE! Depending on your gauge, as well as your yarn and hook choice, this piece could be very small or, a perfect blanket for the couch! The Craft Council has a wonderful chart that can help you determine your finished work size. https://www.craftyarncouncil.com/standards/yarn-weight-system
Where's My FREE Mini?
Great question! And, as this blog is pretty full with new information and a pattern release, you will find it in my mid-month blog! I am really excited with this one as it gives you a couple of smaller projects you can play with using one simple repeat pattern! It is definitely Valentines Day inspired and the project has already made a loving impact on its recipient!!
